ABOUT THE ARTIST

Leanne Hannah began her career as an editor and illustrator in the comic book industry working alongside her peers at MVCreations on titles such as Masters of the Universe, Space Ace, Dragon's Lair, and Rob Zombie's Spookshow International.

 

For the past 20 years, Leanne has been working as an independent concept artist and illustrator, working with clients such as Hasbro (Transformers, Power Rangers, My Little Pony, Tonka, Hanazuki, DuelMasters), Mattel (Masters of the Universe), and MONDO (Daria, Over the Garden Wall, Pokémon).

 

In her spare time she and her husband Rod collaborate on a Star Wars web comic called Blue Milk Special where they lovingly poke fun at the original Trilogy of films, and recently completed an original webcomic series for WEBTOON called Heart Wired.

 

Leanne currently lives in Maryland with her husband and five(!) cats, loves all things tokusatsu, is fiercely devoted to the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, takes pride in her left-handedness and has more Beatles knowledge in her head than is probably healthy.
